Minimal in abstraction, “The Frame Stool V.2”, builds on the original frame collection, and takes the concept of the frame to its most basic form, to create an element of seating, stripping away the aesthetics, while focusing on the structure as a design. The brass below, binds together through a metallic substructure, that all joins through the solid, hand carved walnut seat above. Materiality and geometric form come together to create a balanced and comfortable seat with bold lines and a dominant structural aesthetic.
