Studio Bazazo is a multidisciplinary practice based in Lebanon that creates furniture, lighting and interiors that serve as a framework for life’s grand moments. Established in 2017 by Architect & Designer Ahmad Bazazo, the studio aims to forge evocative connections with surroundings by delving into the culture and history of each project, bringing forth a novel yet familiar discourse. Connections both intangible and tangible are a strong theme in Ahmad’s work, as he collaborates with skilled artisans across the world to develop unique hand-crafted systems that add a layer of complexity and wonder to each design.
AHMAD BAZAZO
Ahmad Bazazo is a Beirut-based architect and designer who specializes in the creation of high-end objects and spaces meant to trigger the mind as well as the senses. His work is guided by moments and personas rather than styles while managing to weave functionality, and comfort with a sense of sophistication. Ahmad Bazazo creates solid pieces that represent ephemeral moments in time. At the heart of his approach is an appreciation of the now and the material elements that heighten those experiences. In his realization of objects, Ahmad revels in the best life has to offer by experimenting with fine production techniques and noble materials. His objects function as a framework for life, revering the past and anticipating the future to craft the ultimate sensory experience.
