“The Fragment Mirror” tackles the idea of reflection, while breaking apart the images it encounters. Having multiple surfaces of reflection, the mirrors each show a certain aspect of the objects that are in their periphery. The shape and form are inspired by art deco lines that create a decadent multi layered brass frame, which holds these reflections within. In addition, the highly polished marble slits, create an unconventional added layer of reflectivity that further breaks apart the light that they absorb.
